These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoodGuys Concierge Moving & Storage (“GoodGuys,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website and services. By requesting a quote, booking services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and written confirmation.

Final charges may vary if actual conditions differ from those disclosed at the time of estimate.

Additional Charges May Apply For:

  • Long carries

  • Stair carries

  • Elevator delays

  • Shuttle services

  • Bulky or specialty items

  • Additional packing materials

  • Waiting time outside of scheduled service windows

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete move details.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate inventory and access information

  • Ensure safe and legal access to pickup and delivery locations

  • Secure parking permits if required

  • Disclose high-value or specialty items in advance

  • Be present (or designate an authorized adult representative) during service

Customers must remove personal valuables including:

  • Cash

  • Jewelry

  • Important documents

  • Prescription medications

  • Irreplaceable sentimental items

GoodGuys is not responsible for items left in drawers, safes, or personal containers not disclosed.

  1. Prohibited Items

We will not transport:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable or explosive items

  • Firearms or ammunition

  • Illegal substances

  • Perishable goods (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Undisclosed prohibited items may result in service refusal.

  1. Valuation & Liability

Moving services are subject to valuation coverage options as required by applicable federal and state regulations.

Unless additional valuation coverage is purchased:

  • Liability may be limited to a released value rate (e.g., $0.60 per pound per article for interstate shipments, as applicable under federal law).

Full valuation coverage options may be available at additional cost and must be selected prior to service.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the timeframe stated in your service agreement and applicable regulations.

  1. Storage Terms (If Applicable)

If goods are placed into storage:

  • Storage fees will apply as outlined in your agreement

  • Continued non-payment may result in lien rights as permitted by law

  • Access to stored goods may require advance scheduling

  1. Delays & Force Majeure

GoodGuys is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Road closures

  • Mechanical issues

  • Government actions

  • Natural disasters

We will make reasonable efforts to mitigate delays.

  1. Website Use

All website content, including branding, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of GoodGuys Concierge Moving & Storage.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce website content without permission

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  1. Communications

By contacting GoodGuys, you consent to receive communications regarding your inquiry or services.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be subject to:

Governing law shall be the State of Georgia, unless federal law preempts.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • GoodGuys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue

Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
